After one month of taking it with rutin and vitamin C, I found the capsules rather large but manageable. A gradual improvement was felt in my joints after 3-4 weeks: the pain in my knees and hips diminished, making walking easier, even with excess weight. I no longer experience discomfort from sitting or standing for long periods. I will continue this treatment for my autoimmune disorder.

The best chondroprotector I've tried. This product has helped my mother, who suffers from an autoimmune disorder after a hip fracture, as it alleviates her pain. I take one caplet twice a day with meals and drink plenty of water to avoid swelling. This formula promotes better absorption of the active ingredients. For prevention, it’s effective within 20 days, but I recommend using it for at least two months for optimal treatment. I order it whenever my symptoms return.
